Teatro Carlo Felice

June 2026: On May 29, Aurelio Canonici conducted the “Paganini” Conservatory Orchestra in a challenging and acclaimed concert at the Teatro Carlo Felice; the performance was subsequently repeated at the Palazzo Ducale’s Sala del Maggior Consiglio (June 3) and in the “Paganini” Conservatory’s own concert hall (June 21).
The program featured works by Beethoven (“Wellington’s Victory” and Piano Concerto No. 3), Verdi (Prelude to “La Traviata”), Reinecke (Flute Concerto), Fauré (“Pavane”), Schumann (Symphony No. 3, “Rhenish”), and Elgar (“Pomp and Circumstance” March No. 1). The soloists were Nicolò Rossi and Greta Spinelli.
