Rome,: Aurelio Canonici, together with journalist Corrado Augias, presented the third event in the “Music and Spirituality” series to a large audience gathered in the “Santa Cecilia” Hall. The lecture analyzed and compared four works: Mozart’s unfinished Requiem, Brahms’s austere Nordic setting, Verdi’s dramatic and theatrical version, and finally Fauré’s serene and luminous interpretation.
