… This cd of real sound “landscapes” performed in a chamber, symphonic, atmospheric, baroque, folk way (…) has touched the very deepest part of me and flung a window open on a truly interesting, sensitive and enchanting original world of sound which lives on its own in an amazing and poetic way. The 28 pieces of this excellent work are precisely the “landscapes” of self, of that unknown that can even frighten us but in fact it reveals new worlds of joy, breeziness, love, passion, freedom, playing, and feeling that spring from grace. The five composers – all talented with a recognizable style after some listenings – supported by the Academy of Strings “Arrigoni” and by the Academy of Soloists “Secolo XXI” make us travel with our eyes closed in a musical universe where strings, brass, piano and woodwinds are predominant and broadened into a scenario of sounds defined as “poetry of musical notes”.
